Mario Marcell Haggan (born
March 3,
1980 in
Clarksdale, Mississippi) is an
American football linebacker who is currently a
free agent. He was originally drafted by the
Buffalo Bills in the seventh round of the
2003 NFL Draft. He played

While playing at MSU in 2002, he was the showcase player in
